My Personal Assistant
Private, single-owner dashboard. Owner: Jeff Jafari.
About this application
My Personal Assistant is a private, single-owner tool that helps its owner manage personal email, personal finances, and personal todos in one place. It is not a commercial product, has no public sign-up, and is used only by its owner. Access is restricted to three pre-authorized Google accounts; sign-in attempts from any other account are rejected.
What this app does
- Connects to the owner's own Gmail mailboxes with read-only access and produces short summaries of recent personal email for the owner's private Telegram inbox.
- Detects personal bank-transaction notification emails from the owner's bank, parses them into structured records, and tracks the owner's personal spending and account balances over time.
- Manages the owner's personal todo list and produces a weekly digest of the owner's activity, spending, and pending items.
Who can use it
Only the owner can use this application. Three Google accounts belonging to the owner are pre-authorized; everyone else is rejected at sign-in. There is no registration form, no public dashboard, and no shared data — every record in the system belongs to the single owner.
How sign-in works
Sign-in uses Google OAuth. The application requests the openid,
email, and profile scopes for identity, plus
read-only Gmail access for the owner's mailboxes. No write, send, or delete
permissions are requested. See the
Privacy Policy for details on how Google user data
is used and stored.
