Terms of Service

Application: Personal Assistant Agent · Last updated: April 27, 2026

1. Scope

Personal Assistant Agent (the "Application") is a private, single-owner tool operated by Jeff Jafari (the "Owner") for the Owner's own use. The Application is not offered to the public, has no other users, and is not made available for commercial use, evaluation, or licensing. Access is restricted to the following Google accounts:

Sign-in attempts from any other account are rejected. These terms describe how the Owner uses the Application; they are not an offer to provide the Application to anyone else.

2. Permitted use

The Application may be used only by the Owner, solely for the Owner's personal productivity, communications management, and personal-finance tracking. Any other use is not authorized.

3. Google user data

Google account data accessed by the Application is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Application uses Google APIs only to support the Owner's personal workflows and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. No Google user data is sold, transferred, or used for advertising, and no Google user data is used to train generalized machine-learning or AI models.

4. No warranty

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. The Owner makes no guarantee that the Application will be available, error-free, free of data loss, or correct in any specific result it produces.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the Application or its use. The Application is operated for the Owner's own benefit and at the Owner's own risk.

6. Third-party services

The Application relies on third-party services, including Google (Gmail, Google OAuth), Anthropic (the Claude API for short classification and parsing tasks), and Telegram (for delivering messages to the Owner). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Owner does not control them and is not responsible for their availability or behavior.

7. Changes

Because the Application has no users other than the Owner, these terms may be changed at any time by editing this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change.

8. Termination

The Owner may discontinue the Application or revoke its access to any connected account at any time, including by deleting the underlying database or revoking OAuth grants at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
